When Are You on the Free Plan?
There are two ways you’ll land in Free mode:
You just signed up: Welcome! You get access to unlimited free listings, with up to 30 photos in each listing, so you can test Fotello on different homes, lighting setups, and shooting styles.
You missed a payment: If you have a missed or failed payment, you’ll automatically revert to the Free Plan, so you can still preview and use some features while you decide your next steps.
You cancelled your plan: No worries—you’ll automatically revert to the Free Plan, so you can still preview and use some features while you decide your next steps.
What’s Limited in the Free Plan?
We want you to explore the platform freely—but there are a few features that are reserved for paid plans:
Downloading
You can preview all your edits, try adjustment tools, and see the quality—but you won’t be able to download the final images.Watermarked Images
You can still view your images, however, any listings you create while on the stater plan will have an automatic watermark applied to them.Human Revisions
On the Free Plan, you won’t be able to request manual touch-ups from our editing team.Customer Downloads
If you share your assets through Fotello, your customer will be able to view them but not download any of the assets.
