What Happens When You Cancel?

Once you request cancellation, your account will move to Free Starter Plan mode immediately.

Here’s what that means:

✅ You’ll still have access to any unused listings
✅ You can continue testing Fotello as we roll out updates and improvements
🚫 You won’t be able to download your edits
🚫 You can’t request human revisions
🚫 Clients can view shared photos, but can’t download them

Even after you cancel, you’re welcome to explore and re-evaluate us as we grow. We’d love to earn your trust again in the future.

How to Cancel

We’re working on a self-serve cancellation option, but for now: Just send us a message at least 7 days before your next billing cycle, and we’ll take care of it for you—fast and easy.

If you’re open to it, we’d be grateful for any quick feedback on why you're leaving. We take every response seriously, and we’ll follow up if we’re able to improve what didn’t work for you.

Refund Policy

We stand by our product and believe you should be able to try Fotello risk-free.

Full Refund Guarantee

If you submit a cancelation request within 7 days of your first payment, you’ll receive a full refund—no questions asked, regardless of the number of listings you've used.

Refunds are Not Available If:

  • It’s been more than 7 days since your first payment

  • You’re on a Startup Program plan

  • You’ve been on consecutive billing cycles

  • You’ve upgraded your plan recently

Can I Pause My Plan Instead?

We totally get it—photography has its seasons. While we don’t offer a "pause" option, Fotello is built to be flexible. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime while keeping your unused listings.

Even during slow months, your listings roll over—so you’re building a buffer for peak season and keeping your editing costs predictable.

We’ve chosen not to offer pausing so that we can treat every customer fairly. Without this, someone could sign up for a high-volume plan at a lower cost per listing, cancel, and still use listings while others pay full price. We want to build sustainable, long-term partnerships—rooted in fairness, transparency, and mutual respect.

  • Your new listings will be added immediately

  • Any unused listings from before will be restored
